Shipping Policy

Xennial Boutique ships within the US. $9 flat rate for orders under $75. Any orders over $75 or more ships free.  We currently do not ship to Canada or International.

We asked that you provide us with a secure location as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.  Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.  We are not responsible for replacing or refunding packages shown as delivered.  We will supply order and tracking information to customers.  Customers can file claims with USPS.

All orders will be processed when received and shipped on the next business day.   Orders may take 5-9 business days from shipping date to be delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the US.  We ship via USPS.

 

Order Cancellation

Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes or cancel an order.
