Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Please take note of our firm return policy. Policy is the same for all customers therefore no exception will be made.
- We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may be used to purchase any other items. Your store credit never expires.
- Store credit will be issued within 5 days after your return has been received and inspected.
- Store credit will be given for eligible return items with the exception of the shipping and handling fees.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping fee when returning items.
- Returns will be accepted for merchandise with no stains, scent free, in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Any returns that fails to meet the criteria will be rejected and customer will be responsible to pay shipping cost to have their merchandise ship back to them. If we do not receive the re-shipping fee within 7 days, your merchandise will be donated to charity.
- Returns must be postmarked within 15 (fifteen) days from the date that you received your delivery.
- Any orders received after 15 days will be rejected and you will be responsible to pay a re-shipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
- Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchange.
- We do not offer return labels at this time.
- The following items are non-returnable and no store credit will be issued:
- All accessories
- All hats
- All jewelry
- All intimates
- All sale items
- Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, you must return your unwanted item by following the return policy. After we receive, inspect and approve your return, we will issue you a store credit and email you the information. You may then place a new order for the desired product using your store credit.
- Damage or Defective Item
- If you receive an item that is defective, you must report to us within 5 days of the receiving of your merchandise. Take pictures and send to us with your request at info@xennialboutique.com. Any merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted.
- Holiday Return Policy
- Orders placed on or between November 15th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 15th. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. All other return policies still apply.
